Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Primary Supply Teacher to join our team and work in various local Primary Schools in Cheltenham. This role involves covering classes within Key Stage Two, ensuring continuity of education for pupils during teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS2 students.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure a smooth transition for students.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
• Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on student progress.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching in KS2 is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
