Your new school
You will be working at an Ofsted rated 'outstanding' school in North Birmingham, Handsworth.

The staff are hardworking, caring and help the children be the best that they can be, which shows their true commitment and caring nature. Hiring due to a planned absence, the school is looking to have a new teacher in for a long-term placement.
Your new role
The school are looking for a qualified primary teacher to work full-time in their Year 3 classroom. This role will include full class teacher responsibilities including planning, preparation and assessment. You will be teaching and managing a classroom of 30 children on a day-to-day basis.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, you must be a qualified primary teacher and have experience with working with children in KS1, be adaptable to support children's needs and have effective behaviour management. You will also be a good team player, have a good understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum. Paid to scale, dependent on experience.
In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references, and you must be available after October half-term.
