Job Description
Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Nottinghamshire: £25,000 to £35,000 Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects. Assist senior quantity surveyors in analysing and negotiating contracts. Manage project costs, budgets, and financial efficiency. Prepare progress reports. What you'll need to succeed
You will either have a degree in Quantity Surveying or be working in another office based role within the building services sector looking to make a transfer.
What you'll get in return
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per year. 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm; Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Bonus (company/personal). What you need to do now
