Job Description

Our client is looking for a Junior Account Manager (m/w/d)
12 Months contract initially and the position will be based in Dortmund, Germany.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for working in a 1:1 partnership with the Client Partner, you will be responsible for maximising the sales and revenue across 8-12 of the client's most prestigious accounts.

Responsibilities and tasks to include:

  • To drive sales activity and build funnel in line with monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on to, manage sales pipeline, quote and order entry, drive customer communication and enable activity reporting Interacting and
  • gaining credibility with the appropriate level and functions within the client's business
  • Providing solutions from the client's Business product range that fit client requirements and with a specific focus on core network technologies.
  • Providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity
  • Supporting the sales team in developing detailed account plans to establish forecasts of anticipated revenue
  • To generate a minimum amount of targeted proactive proposals on a monthly basis.
  • Appointing customer meetings in line with agreed activity targets

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A recent graduate looking to kickstart their career
  • German speaking
  • Knowledge of Voice, Data, Mobile and IP products and IT Services solutions
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a large, complex Global account team
  • An understanding of Telecoms or IT in a Sales or Business Development environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and customer focus with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the customer needs
  • The ability to construct and deliver effective presentations both internally and externally
  • The ability to lead virtual and/or dedicated teams.
  • The ability to consistently generate new sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of or other comparable CRM applications.
  • The desire to drive solution-related discussions with customers
