JetPatch SME - SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a JetPatch - SC Cleared role.

You will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company for this role.

You must not have been outside of the UK for more than 6 months in the last 5 years.

Key Requirements:

- This role focuses on patching the Windows and RHEL Servers by implementing and managing the JetPatch patching solution.
- Will be responsible for the complete setup of the patching infrastructure, including JetPatch Servers, WSUS, and repository Servers.
- This requires a strong understanding of OS procedures, networking and security best practices for acquiring and deploying vendor updates.
- You will also monitor patching operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of JetPatch product, Windows and RHEL operating systems, and Microsoft/RHEL patching procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand HLD, LLD and Build designs on JetPatch product.
- Deploy and configure the JetPatch platform and all related components.
- Implement and manage patching for Windows and RHEL Servers.
- Proactively identify, test, and resolve patching issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Architecture, technical, network, security teams.
