Your tasks

• You are on hand when technical tests are due as part of releases or projects and manage and support all activities that need to be managed in terms of planning, coordination and documentation.
• With proper preparation and reliable support, you keep DevOps teams and the business on their toes, create and evaluate test concepts, test plans, requirements and test documentation and have pragmatic solutions at the ready for questions about the design.
• You have a firm grasp of processes, methods and tools in the test management environment, contribute your ideas for the strategic orientation of the bank in the test environment and help to standardize and optimize processes.
• You are aware of the dynamics of banking processes and therefore always keep an eye on current market trends and regulatory requirements: You regularly subject the test strategy & test governance to a thorough review, adjust what needs to be adjusted and also take responsibility for the framework as well as the management of productive test accounts.

Your profile

• Degree in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable training
• Extensive experience in the development and support of tests and test processes
• Expert knowledge of systems and specialist processes in the field of test management
• ISTQB Foundation, at best ISTQB Test Manager Advanced certification
• Fit in software development processes in the banking environment
• Talent for communication, moderation and conflict resolution
• Independent, customer and service-oriented way of working
• Team spirit, solution orientation and willingness to learn
• Very good German and English
