IT Support Senior Engineer

This role is an extension of the IT-Support Engineer role. Its purpose is to recognize tenure and deeper responsibilities and to encompass Subject Matter Expertise (SME) within one of 5 fields (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Linux and Network).

Description

• Provide top-tier customer service for IT-related issues;
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for major tech platforms;
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems;
• Implement infrastructure solutions;
• Perform root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions;
• Maintain accurate documentation and IT-systems;
• Collaborate effectively across the organization
• Keep an eye on and oversee services that are used on a daily basis, help with incident and problem management by using a continuous service improvement strategy;
  Determine problem areas and take proactive measures to mitigate risks by applying industry-standard methods;
  creation of reports that demonstrate the health of the system and services.

Job Offer

• An employment contract of 36 to 40 hours per week, starting with a one-year contract, with prospects for a permanent position;
• A salary between €4.000,00 - €4.500,00 gross per month based on a full-time employment;
