IT Strategic Sourcing

Description

You will, in conjunction with IT delivery teams, managing the outsourcing life cycle with our strategic Service Providers (including contracts, performance and suppliers relationship management). You will closely follow up the governance, risk & compliance related to these outsourcing activities. On top of previous experience in this area of activities, success in this role will require collaboration, communication, and change management skills.

Required qualifications

You know how to:

• create, negotiate and manage relationships with global vendors and incorporating multiple delivery/projects experience
• run project streams and perform key activities with a consulting mindset
• build and maintain business relationships with people across different divisions inside and outside of Euroclear
• deal with cross-cultural differences
• communicate with technical project and infrastructure teams
• lead projects and work with service providers in an outsourcing model

You have:

• A SPVM experience of 2 years minimum
• A good understanding of agile methodologies and related KPIs
• A cause and effect thinking to identify risk and opportunity areas
• A constructive challenger & make things happen mind-set
• Good team player with a collaborative spirit & a positive mind-set
• The ability to deal with cross-functionally, cross-regionally and cross-cultural differences
• A good experience in working/managing a multi-stakeholders environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (talking, writing and presenting)
• Influencing and relationship building skills
• A flexible attitude and ability to perform in an interesting & demanding environment
• The ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes
• Service delivery management experience/Experience in an offshoring context which will be two assets
• An understanding of the financial post trade industry that can be useful
• technical skills that allows to continuously improve our processes is a plus (eg: Excel expertise, PowerBI )

1) Candidate must be based in one of the following countries: Belgium, France, UK, Netherlands.

3) 4 days a month on site in Belgium is mandatory
