• £80,000 to £90,000 per year

The Opportunity:

Our client, a securely funded altnet operator, is looking for an IT Solutions Director to oversee the design, development, costing and implementation of IT, OSS/BSS and UX solutions.

You will drive both technical and cultural change, ensuring alignment with the company's long term strategic business objectives and operational requirements.

You will lead and develop a high performing IT OSS/BSS solutions team and play a key part in the delivery of large, complex strategic programmes.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in designing and managing Enterprise OSS/BSS systems, and technical solutions.
• Strong leadership and people management experience, including remote and distributed teams.
• Expertise in managing and delivering large-scale technology change programmes.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Software Design, or related field.
• ITIL and Agile foundation-level qualifications.
• Experience with private/public cloud environments and virtualisation technologies.
