Strengthen our IT team at our production site in Gronau (Westphalia) as a

IT SITE MANAGER (M/F/D) Your tasks

• System administration in the server, client and network environment as well as support for on-premise and cloud-based business applications
• Advice and support for specialist departments on all IT-related issues
• Technical support for the introduction and operation of Industry 4.0 environments
• Collaboration and sub-project management in IT projects
• Collaboration with German, global and external technical teams
• Operation and support of telephony and fax systems as well as conference room equipment
• Coordination of external IT service providers
• Local contact person (m/f/d) for project and service requests and escalation management
• Purchasing hardware and software, including selection of providers
• Asset, license and contract management
• Monitoring and optimization of local security settings

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector - e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d) - or a degree with an IT focus
• Several years of professional experience in client and system administration (Windows operating systems, Microsoft client/server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V) in on-premise and cloud-based environments, preferably Google Cloud Services
• Sound knowledge and experience in the production environment
• Experience in the implementation of IT projects
• Business fluent in written and spoken German; English (at least language level B2/C1 CEFR)
• Independent, structured, solution-oriented way of working paired with a high sense of responsibility
• Absolute team player with a strong service orientation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to make occasional business trips (max. 10%)
