Job Description

Job Title: IT Service Operations Manager

Type: Full-Time - Hybrid

Up to £50,000 - £60,000 + company benefits

Start Date - ASAP 2024

Location - London (Hybrid)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the support function within the IT department. This will include managing internal IT support resources as well as outsourced service partners. You will be expected to have strong supplier management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering of IT operations to meet current and future needs of the business.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in managing outsourced service providers to deliver critical IT services within SLAs.
  • People and line management experience of IT technical resources - end user computing and infrastructure.
  • Experience in settings SLAs and KPIs to manage performance of suppliers and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Experience in overseeing infrastructure and end user computing, managing licenses and procurement of IT hardware within a complex IT business environment.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • ITIL v4 qualifications
  • Lean and Six Sigma certification
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and able to work autonomously and alongside an agile IT team
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, able to use all Microsoft Office applications and other systems/databases required as part of the role.
