IT Service Continuity Manager

We are seeking an IT Service Continuity Manager to join a global team for a client in the financial sector. This is a unique opportunity to work in a pivotal role ensuring the robustness and continuity of IT services. As the IT Service Continuity Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, maintaining, and enhancing the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) process.

What you are going to do:

• Own and manage the ITSCM Process and Plan.
• Align IT resilience with broader business continuity objectives.
• Govern ITSC-related risks and maintain visibility across risk, issue, and improvement landscapes.
• Report on the health of IT disaster recovery and failover services to risk committees.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in IT Service Continuity Management, including assurance and risk-based processes.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, high-availability architectures, and risk management practices.
• A hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience implementing and governing ITSCM standards and procedures.
• Fluency in English.
