IT Requirements Engineer

For our client, a Financial Institution in Switzerland, we are seeking an IT Requirements Engineer for a PCI DSS compliance project.

Tasks:

• Correcting operational and technical deficiencies and launching appropriate initiatives to optimize IT services
• Ensuring that safety standards and instructions are adhered to
• Ensuring that mandates from American Express, Mastercard, Visa and PCI DSS are complied with and implemented
• Correct addressing of service requests and timely completion
• Maintaining a constructive exchange with the assigned software supplier and ensuring continuous service improvement and optimization
• Processing of fault reports and system alarms and providing technical support

Requirements:

• Experience in cooperation with American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Netcetera
• Sound technical understanding of technical processes, preferably in the payment card industry
