IT Project Manager in Amsterdam

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)
Start Date: 1st April
Contract Duration: Until End of Year (EOY)
Languages: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

Project Overview:

Lead the Carve-Out project, focusing on both SAP and non-SAP systems, infrastructure (eg, Office 365, Azure), and associated tools. Manage the non-SAP side of the project, ensuring smooth separation and integration of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT carve-out projects on time and within scope.

• Lead and coordinate the non-SAP systems, including infrastructure and business tools.

• Manage stakeholder communications, both internally and externally.

• Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations

• Ensure proper change management and end-user support during system transitions.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk management.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years experience in leading carve-out projects (IT).

• Strong background in non-SAP systems, data migration, IAM, and ITSM

• Operational Technology (OT) Support and Cybersecurity knowledge.

• Proven experience with vendor management, change management, and stakeholder engagement

• Experience in the energy/utilities sector is a plus.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage cross-functional and international teams
