Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is looking for a passionate and proactive IT product owner to join their dynamic team in Amsterdam.

About the Role

As an IT Product owner, you are the go-to person for making big things happen across teams. You'll work with both business and IT stakeholders to translate ideas into real solutions, coordinate large-scale initiatives, and keep everything running smoothly across multiple teams and departments.

Think of yourself as a conductor of an orchestra-making sure every part is in sync and the final delivery is nothing short of excellent.

What You'll Do

  • Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical plans and roadmaps
  • Coordinate work across multiple Agile teams and departments
  • Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of features and functionality
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across the full delivery chain
  • Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and create synergy
  • Monitor progress and report on delivery, value, and performance
  • Stay up to date with tech and business trends to propose smart improvements

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker with hands-on coordination skills
  • Experienced in Agile/DevOps environments
  • A natural communicator who connects people, teams, and ideas
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizations
  • Always aiming for results, efficiency, and customer value

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in similar roles (IT Integrator, Delivery Manager, Product Owner, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, Continuous Delivery
  • Experience working in large, dynamic IT landscapes
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps are a bonus
