The role is within Global Workforce Manager Program.

Purpose:
To lead and manage global program's IT integration activities, ensuring successful implementation of HR system and following the client's IT standards in the delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & coordinate integration changes.
  • Support and coordinate the development and maintenance of integrations specifications, mapping, and technical integration artifacts as well as supplier configurations.
  • Work with other global and local IT and business teams to understand their integration requirements.
  • Responsible for capturing any gaps both technically and in the business.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical support and information internally and externally.
  • Collaborates with and contributes to project set-up and delivery.
  • Supplies the Global IT Lead with relevant stakeholder information related to IS solution/services.
  • Defines the technical IS solution and ensures alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications through cooperation and collaboration across IS solution architects and IS delivery units.
  • Supports validation and prioritization of incoming business demand.
  • Responsible to manage the review and sign off the functional and technical use case specifications in accordance to client's standards and project specified guidelines.

Skills

  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications or infrastructures
  • 4+ years within specific technology domain areas (eg software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
  • 4+ years of experience specifically within system integration domain area, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of integration tools and platforms, preferable MuleSoft.
  • Understanding of integration strategies, methodologies and particularly API-based integrations.
  • Understanding of data structures and experience with data models and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
  • Successful characteristics for the position are also the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement
  • Proven experience of working with IT service management concepts (ITIL)
  • Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills
  • Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, independence, discipline
  • Ability to contribute with good team spirit, collaboration, and customer focus
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
  • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
  • Proactively supports issue resolution during project delivery to avoid delays or any other form of negative impact to a project or service.

Other information:

  • In this program 54 countries using eTime (Kronos) for Time and Attendance reporting will be migrated to new upgraded, and re-branded software which succeeds Kronos that will reach end of life cycle.
  • US and CA- who are using Legacy Kronos will deploy WFM as forerunners. Our Partner is ADP who offers this solution as SaaS and will carry main responsibility on the technical migration.
  • Program will be with technology focus, without functional development, other than what new native software version will offer as granted.
  • Application is used by all employees and managers (almost 50.000) users and serves payroll which sets high standards to quality and timeliness of delivery.
  • Scope of countries, nr of users to be retrained, adherence to local legal, CBA and other standards, multiple integrations and vendors increase the program complexity.
