Description
- Lead and manage the infrastructure team to ensure consistency and reliability in the company's IT systems
- Plan, implement and manage IT projects related to infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain network Servers and technology tools
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Manage and report on allocation of IT budget
- Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define the company's future IT needs and propose solutions
Profile
A successful IT Infrastructure Manager should have:
- On-prem to Azure projects
- managing 3rd party suppliers
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
The role will be 3 days onsite at the Leeds office and 2 days working from home
