Akkodis is partnering with a big consultancy in Europe and they are urgenlty looking for the following profile:

Job Title: IT Business Analyst/Product Owner
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months +
Location: 100% Remote (EU Time Zones)

Overview:
Our client is seeking experienced IT Business Analysts/Product Owners to join their team and assist with complex, global-scale client requests. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with senior or lead experience to contribute to impactful projects. These positions will be fully remote, with a requirement to work in alignment with EU time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and technical specifications.
* Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.
* Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with client needs and project goals.
* Provide strategic guidance and leadership throughout the product life cycle.
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key product initiatives.
* Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner role, with a focus on global or large-scale projects.
* Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
* Experience in leading teams and managing product backlogs in an Agile environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a remote, EU time zone-based team.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with complex client needs.

Desirable:
* Experience in senior or lead-level positions within IT business analysis or product management.
