Your Role:

As a Business Analyst Consultant, you will be deployed on projects with our clients, supporting them in digital transformations, system migrations, and data-driven initiatives. You will work in international and cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements, analyzing complex datasets, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions.
• Lead data-driven projects, including migrations, process optimizations, and system implementations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and data management practices.
• Work across industries, gaining exposure to banking, trade finance, insurance, and other sectors.
