IREF Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IREF Engineer to join our team.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and oversee the entire construction of industrial refrigeration projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Cooperate with 3D designer, engineers, clients, suppliers, external vendors and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Selection of machines in design phase.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the suitability of cooling system installations.
• Design cooling systems, specifically ammonia systems, based on project requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide technical expertise
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to clients and management.

What We Look For

• Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in industrial refrigeration (cooling systems).
• Intermediate level of English.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

The advantage will be:

• MMK membership, designer/FMV/technical inspector eligibility, automation basic knowledge, experience in ammonia/CO2 refrigeration systems
