Job Description

Our client is responsible for maintaining connections with parents of the college, and friends of the College worldwide. The Society organises opportunities for networking, mentoring, reunions, events, sports competitions, and fundraising to help the College provide top-tier facilities and offer assisted places for pupils.

Recently, the Society has expanded its membership to include international schools in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Egypt. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in establishing and coordinating alumni networks across the College Family of Schools.
The successful candidate will work closely with the International team, responsible for managing relationships with the College s international schools. Their operational colleagues collaborate with their academic team to provide the best educational experience for their pupils. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that embodies and promotes their core qualities.

This role is for a 12-month temporary position, working 22.5 hours per week (3 full days a week or equivalent). Flexibility during the initial months is desirable due to the workload involved in setting up systems and processes for this new initiative.
