Job Description

Internal Communications Associate Manager

Initial 3 month contract + potential extensions

Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in Amsterdam

The impact you'll make

You will act atoms a communications business partner to the HR, IT and other service teams, advising your stakeholders on how to communicate most effectively and consistently across the organization
You will help manage our global internal channels, curating global communications aimed at engaging 3,800+ staff worldwide
You will drive employee communications, empowering our staff everywhere to make their voice heard and connect to one another
You will lead global (big and small) projects, programs, events, initiatives, and campaigns
You will contribute to shaping our world-class employee experience through engagement activities
You will use measurements and analytics to understand and continuously improve our communications

What you'll need

You have at least three years of experience and proven success in Internal Communications roles
You are a natural storyteller and copywriter and know how to write the perfect call to action
You are a quick and thorough thinker! Things move rapidly at our client, so you'll only be successful if you have great project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and pivot fast
You listen - as you will be liaising with many different stakeholders, we need someone who understands and takes into consideration different perspectives
You prioritize and action accordingly, ensuring the essential, business-critical, and impactful messages land

You make decisions based on insights
You understand what a 360-communication journey means - and know-how to leverage multiple touchpoints, internally (Intranet, internal social network, email, etc.)
You have strong knowledge of HR processes, products and services and how to create engaging communications campaigns for them
You have an entrepreneurial mindset (you are action orientated, and solution-driven) and a proven ability to develop creative and innovative approaches to communicating with people and attracting talent
