Interim IT PA Personal/Management Assistant - 3months + - Germany - Start ASAP
THIS IS NOT A PROJECT MANAGEMENT POSITION
For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Interim IT PA Personal/Management Assistant
Your main task is to be the personal assistant for a Manager in the IT space. Tasks vary from administrative and supportive tasks to taking ownership of smaller internal projects.
Tasks:
* Act as Personal Assistant in the IT space
* Manage diary and travels of Management
* Prepare presentations for meetings (Powerpoint)
* Organise meetings and workshops
* Meeting documentation
* Document and monitor status updates and action points
* Take ownership of internal projects (eg projects related to communication, engagement and change management)
* Stakeholder management
Requirements:
* Long term experience as Personal or Executive/Management Assistant
* Experience in supporting IT departments/IT Management, strong project experience in technology environments
* Experience in environments with international business stakeholders that may join from international client sites
* Experience in the manufacturing area
* Experience with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams)
* Project experience with using SAP (creating POs, tracking invoices and costs): preferred
* Fluency in English
* Independent and organised way of working
Project details:
* Start: ASAP (February)
* Duration: 3 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: Preferably minimum of 3 days/week on site in Germany (rest remote)
* Languages: Fluency in German AND English
All internal documentation and communication is in English
