Interim Head of Data Services

We are proud to be partnering with a well-known charity to recruit a temporary Head of Data Services. This fully remote role is initially for two weeks, with a strong chance of extending for the right person.

You'll oversee and improve data selection, segmentation, and automation to enhance customer engagement while ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading selection analysis & visualisation to support data-driven decisions.
• Enhancing automation tools (Apteco Faststats, Peoplestage) for donor and customer journeys.
• Managing internal & third-party data flows, improving ETL processes (Blender).

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM change & project management, supporting fundraising.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and data compliance (Consent, Gift Aid, etc.).
• Background in a fundraising environment with expertise in data and insight.

This role is looking to start immediately, so you will need to be available to meet this for consideration.
