Aufgaben
  • Evaluate and process invention disclosures
  • Draft, file, and handle the prosecution of patent applications
  • Conduct IP searches and deliver training on IP rights
  • Coordinate patent and trademark application decisions in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute patent and trademark reviews with relevant teams
  • Handle IP administration (e.g., annuity payments, royalties, inventor remunerations)

Profil
  • A master's or doctoral degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Ceramics, Metallurgy, etc.)
  • Some years of professional experience in the field of patents, preferably within the Mining, Cement, Glass, Steel, or Refractory industries
  • Qualified as, or in the process of becoming, a European Patent Attorney
  • Knowledge of the refractory or customer industries (e.g., Steel, Cement/Lime, Glass, NFM, etc.), including product knowledge, will be considered an advantage
Languages: English - fluent
