Our Client is looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join their growing operations team based at their Head office in Farnborough, Hampshire.
This is full time permanent role Monday -Friday () and a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule labour (in-house and sub-contracted) for all Pre-builds, Installations and
Dismantles.
Manage the Installation Techs, ensuring they are working as efficiently as possible.
Manage a fleet of vehicles, including liaising with the Operations Administrator to arrange
additional vehicle hire if required.
Liaise with the Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, Project Managers and Head of Operations
to ensure all jobs move smoothly through the company.
Liaise with the Head of Projects to ensure Installation Techs have all the information from Projects
required to fulfil their jobs to the highest standard.
Occasionally liaise with customers directly during the pre-build sign-off stage and the installation
process.
Manage and refine all processes relating to the fulfilment of jobs.
Ensure that all Install Techs are complying with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Implement a continuous improvement culture within existing installation service levels, including
conducting regular 1-2-1s, appraisals, and reviews of KPIs.
Any other tasks or projects from time to time where the Install Manager's or Install Technicians' help is
required.
