What you'll do
- Evaluate technical studies and build traffic forecasts
- Draft European RFPs that get results
- Lead technical clarifications and collaborate with vendors
- Develop detailed implementation plans and monitor execution
- Drive successful project closure and hand over to ops teams
Your expertise
- 5+ years of EU tender writing experience
- 3+ years in the Telecom sector
- 3+ years in project management
- Skilled at gathering & challenging business/technical requirements
- ️ Fluent in English - bonus points for Dutch or French
- Analytical, structured, and tech-savvy
- Team player with excellent communication skills
