Job Description

Required for a one year contract in Sweden, an experienced project leader in infrastructure projects.

Role:

The Project Leader role includes managing projects from a technical perspective and building relationships with key stakeholders as well as collaborating with internal departments eg, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead port infrastructure processes from the client's perspective.
  • Ensure that infrastructure is designed and built according to the client's needs through coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create work plans and monitor progress in dialogue with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with the project timeline.
  • Identify and manage project risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead the processes of negotiating service contracts with suppliers in accordance with regulations and market best practices.
  • Contribute to potential public procurement processes managed by external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or business.
  • Proven experience in project management related to planning, engineering, and/or construction of infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with public sector organizations.
