Location: Hybrid working (You will be required to travel into London when appropriate)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

The Role
In this role, you'll develop and deliver multi-channel donor recruitment campaigns, including digital, DRTV, face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail, radio, and gaming. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, optimising supporter conversion, and ensuring an engaging onboarding experience. Using data-driven insights, you'll refine acquisition strategies, manage budgets, and work closely with external agencies to maximise return on investment.
They're looking for someone with experience in donor acquisition, direct marketing, and digital-first fundraising approaches. You should be confident in campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance analysis, with a strong understanding of supporter journeys and engagement.
