Hays are delighted to be working with an organisation to recruit an Income Recovery Officer on a temp basis.

Your new company
Debt Collection and Recovery:

Be a key point of contact for queries related to the collection and recovery of sundry debts (such as Housing Benefits overpayments).

Raise sundry debtor invoices, including recurring ones on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Contact customers who fall into arrears promptly and appropriately, identifying problems and taking necessary actions.

What you'll need to succeed
Debt Collection experience.Experience of benefits and social housing would be highly advantageous.
