We are looking for a passionate In-Store Activation Manager to join our dynamic and international EDCO team, pushing boundaries and delivering groundbreaking experiences for our business partners.

The In-Store Activation Manager will be responsible for managing and executing in-store activation initiatives for displays and POS (Point of Sale) materials in the non-food FMCG sector. This role requires a blend of logistical expertise, marketing know-how, and a deep understanding of brand management and licensing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of promotional activities that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Activation Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement in-store activation strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the EDCO internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of displays and POS materials across various retail outlets.
  • Monitor the installation and placement of promotional materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and retailer specifications.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Manage the end-to-end logistics of POS materials, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution to stores.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize the supply chain process, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Track inventory levels of POS materials to ensure adequate supply for ongoing and upcoming promotions.

Brand & License Management:

  • Work closely with our licensing manager and mkt manager to ensure that all in-store activations align with brand identity and messaging.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for brand growth and improvement.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track the performance of in-store activations, using sales data and customer feedback to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future activations.
  • Continuously assess and refine activation strategies based on performance data and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with the EDCO sales teams to understand retailer needs and optimize in-store marketing efforts.
  • Work with the EDCO marketing team to align in-store activations with broader marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
  • Partner with the EDCO product development team to ensure new products are effectively launched in-store.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in in-store activation, brand management, or a similar role within the non-food FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and distribution of POS materials.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
