Implementatie Consultant F&O/SCM

As an Implementation Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE), you are a versatile specialist who supports organizations in implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions. You have broad knowledge of CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. With your expertise, you deliver customized solutions, improve customer processes, and help businesses grow using advanced technologies. A strong focus on Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing customer needs and translating them into solutions within Dynamics 365 CE.
Configuring and implementing modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Field Service.
Integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems (eg, Power Platform, ERP).
Advising on process optimization and the use of AI and automation.
Providing training and guidance to end-users.
Acting as a technical and functional point of contact during projects.

What You Bring:

A bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Broad experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and/or Field Service).
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Certifications in Dynamics 365 or a willingness to obtain them.
Marketing knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a strong plus.
