Job Description

IGA Project Manager - IGA, SailPoint, ISC, Governance - 100% Remote - UK

A large global organisation is seeking a IGA Project Manager to enhance the identity governance and administration capabilities by deploying SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and decommissioning existing bespoke tools. This project aims to streamline identity management processes, improve security, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This will be an initial 6-12 months+ contract with the opportunity for extensions.

The position can be worked 100% remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Initiation:
- Develop a detailed project plan outlining the phases, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct a project kick-off meeting with key stakeholders to align on objectives and expectations.
  • SailPoint ISC Deployment:
- Oversee the installation and configuration of SailPoint ISC.
- Ensure integration with existing systems and applications.
- Coordinate with the IT and security teams to ensure a smooth deployment.
  • Decommissioning of Bespoke Tools:
- Identify and document all bespoke tools currently in use for identity governance.
- Develop a decommissioning plan, including timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure data migration and transition to SailPoint ISC.
  • Stakeholder Management:
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of SailPoint ISC.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues identified.
  • Training and Documentation:
- Provide training sessions for end-users and administrators on the new system.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
  • Project Closure:
- Conduct a project review and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over to the operations team.
