ICT Analyst

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh/Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Senior ICT Analyst until the 31st of March 2025 on a rate of c.£250/day (Inside IR35). This role will be a hybrid of working at home and in the office.

Responsibilities:

- To support and develop the IT infrastructure across the organisation and deliver against an ambitious new digital strategy.

Essential Skills:

- Experience in IT/Digital service provision to a detailed technical level using the technologies listed,
lead on providing solutions to complex issues and technical guidance on projects, changes and upgrades, support the configuration, deployment and use of Microsoft Mobile Device Management and InTune along with experience of CommVault backup software, Windows server management and Office 365 environment
- Microsoft: MS DOS, PowerShell, Windows 11 OS, Office 365, Windows 2016/2019 Server, Windows 2012 SQL Server, Windows Terminal Services, Windows IIS, Windows Update server, System Centre Configuration Manager, Hyper V, Active Directory, Intune, MDM, Azure
- Network: Dell SonicWall Firewall, Cisco Switches
- Backup: CommVault
- Anti-virus: Defender
- Helpdesk: Service desk software experience
