Job Title: IAM Control & Risk Assessment Specialist

Location: Remote (Poland-based candidates only)

Duration: 1.5 years

We are looking for an experienced IAM Control & Risk Assessment Specialist to manage IAM controls, audits, and risk assessments in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IAM controls and ensure effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits for IAM.
• Support departments in implementing IAM policies.
• Develop IAM training for IT staff.
• Manage a small team.
• Report to senior management on IAM status and risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in IAM, preferably in large companies or Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks and audits.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
• CISA/CISSP certifications are a plus.
