Locations, (Belgium) - 3 days/week onsite working required
EU NATIONALS only for regional work

This is a.Belgium* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Logistics and Transportation working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Job description:
An exciting opportunity to join a truly global organization based in Belgium ? you will be an experienced IAM (Identity & Access Management) professional, with proven commercial experience(s) to demonstrate your capabilities on working in a team of skilled IT professionals. As an IAM Specialist, you will work closely with experienced professionals to apply IAM processes. You will assist in designing and implementing solutions for the management of digital identities and access rights. Additionally, you will resolve incidents and contribute to process documentation.

Do you want to:
- Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents promptly and accurately.
- Meticulously create and manage user identities, ensuring all data is entered correctly.
- Manage and monitor access rights and privileges on the Global IT systems and applications, according to defined roles and rights.
- Review existing user identities and validate the necessity of their existence.
- Deactivate unnecessary user identities.
- Serve as a point of contact for all IAM-related inquiries.
- Assist in implementing, documenting, and improving IAM processes and procedures.

Do you have:
- Attention to detail and a meticulous nature.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently, proactively, and independently in a team environment.
- Interest in information security and willingness to learn new skills.
- A basic understanding of identity and access management concepts.
- The added benefit of knowledge of IAM processes and tools like SailPoint.
- Interest in information security and willingness to learn new skills.

Extra information:
- Language: preferably Dutch and English
- Remote policy: 3 days/week working at the office in Brussels
- The assignment would be for a long-term engagement (extensions for several years planned)
