IAM Business Analyst

Job description:

What you'll do

• You will analyze, improve and document IAM processes to ensure secure, efficient access management.
• You will work with tools like OneIdentity, SailPoint, Okta or similar to configure, manage and enhance IAM solutions.
• You will ensure IAM practices align with security policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• You will partner with IT, security and business teams to define access control policies, RBAC models and identity lifecycle processes.
• You will provide expert assistance in resolving IAM-related incidents, ensuring smooth operations.
• You will develop guidelines and training sessions to support teams in understanding IAM policies and technologies.

Requirements:

What you bring

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, a related field or show us you have built up experience equal to this degree.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in IT security, IAM or a related field.
• You are familiar with IAM tools such as OneIdentity, SailPoint or Okta, which is a plus.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to turn complex business needs into efficient IAM solutions.
• You have a passion for cybersecurity, identity governance and process optimization.
• You have the ability to communicate technical concepts to both IT and business audiences.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and master English.
