HSE Manager

We here at WNTD have an exciting opportunity for multiple HSE Managers to join projects we currently have live contracts for across Europe. (Norway, Finland & Belgium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Monitor changes in regulations and standards and ensure the company remains compliant.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and site visits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
• Educate and engage employees to ensure awareness and adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and recommend improvements to HSE procedures.
• Report on HSE performance to senior management, including KPIs, incidents, trends, and improvement plans.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Relevant certifications (eg, NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Due to the urgency of these projects we are only focusing on candidates who have the RTW within the EU or hold an EU passport.
