HRIS Transformation Lead - Permanent

Akkodis is partnering with a global client and they are looking for an HRIS Transformation Lead in Spain (Madrid).

START: Depends on notice period

Location: Mainly remote with occasional travel to Madrid

Salary: 75K euros per year

Job:

The suitable expert will need to have a solid background of experience in HRIS Transformation and Change Management for various HRIS systems and environments.

The environments that they will be working in will be in environments where both SAP Success Factors and Workday has been implemented and to manage the change, transformation and training process around new systems being implemented for employees.

The suitable expert will need to be a fluent Spanish and English speaker too, and our client is able to interview and offer immediately as well.
