• SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on supporting the compensation module.

• Knowledge of Other Modules: Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.

• Data Maintenance: Proven ability to manage and work with complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with laws and regulations.

• Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively analyze complex requirements, translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Clear Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end users.

• You should be available for at least 32 hours a week, preferably 36 or 40 hours.
