Our client, one of the largest manufacturing companies, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a 12-month contract based in their Peterlee site! Please refer to the below for further details.

Location: Peterlee (onsite) - Mon-Thur 08.00-16.30, Friday 08.00-12.30

Contract: 12 months

Description

• Working in a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
• Will be working closely with customer base, all the way up to senior leadership.
• Huge variety in role, no two days are the same.
• Opportunity to interact with external businesses and networking.
• Need for this person to be fully interactive and support team.
• Integrate quickly.
• Hit the ground running.
• Confident to work independently but also be able to build relationships quickly with leaders.
• Each business partner with have own area they cover, so they will be a specific contact for their designated area.

Skills

• 2+ years experience in HR
• CIPD qualified
• Employee relations
• Project management
• PowerBI skills is preferred
