About The Role:

As the HR Coordinator, you will oversee the administrative functions within the HR team, ensuring processes are accurate and consistently updated. You'll work closely with advisors and collaborate with a fellow coordinator to support team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR administration processes and serve as the main contact for people related queries
  • Ensure efficient administration across the employee lifecycle: issuing contracts, supporting onboarding, handling employee changes, and processing exits
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries, coordinating with external providers
  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
  • Coordinate internships and work experience alongside senior members
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including support with payroll
  • Assist with projects such as pay reviews, promotions, and appraisals

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple, shifting priorities in a confidential manner
  • Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and provide top-tier service at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Accurate and detail-oriented, with solid administrative skills
  • Flexible, empathetic team player with a strong commitment to confidentiality
