HR Business Partner

About the roleAs an HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for aligning HR practices with business goals. You will be collaborating with senior stakeholders and leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Also, act as a mediator in employee relations and managing difficult conversations.

Shifts:Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must-haves:

• Experience as an HR Business Partner at a senior level.
• Previously worked in a telecoms environment/industry
• Senior stakeholder management
• Experience of supporting commercial organisations.
• Employee relationship experience.
• Tech experience
