TITLE

HR Business Partner

INTRODUCTION

Our client has a rich history of success and innovation and is a leading light in the UK not-for-profit sector. As a result of consistent growth and development they now require an experienced HR Business Partner with a focus on employee relations excellence.

LOCATION

South London (50/50 remote and office-based role)

(Ideal commuting locations would be London, South London, Dartford, Swanley, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Bromley, Croydon, Caterham, Redhill, Reigate, Purley, Epsom, Kingston, Surbiton, Richmond, Walton-on-Thames, Sutton, Mitcham, or close)

THE JOB ROLE

Part of a team of 15, the HR Business Partner role is a key HR position with the primary focus being employee relations. The role entails:

  • End-to-end responsibility for more complex employee relations cases across the team e.g. performance issues, sickness and grievances.
  • Supporting and advising the leadership team on compliant and effective HR procedure.
  • Coaching and supporting leadership and staff.
  • Direct positive input regarding wider organisational and improvement.

THE PERSON NEEDED

For the HRBP role, our client is looking for demonstrable experience in employee relations, including:

  • End-to-end management of complex ER cases.
  • Confidence in supporting larger-scale organisational change and improvement.
  • Experience supporting wider leadership and developing their employee relations skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

THE REWARDS

£50-52K Basic salary
