We're on the lookout for a passionate HR Business Partner / HR People Partner to become a key player in an evolving HR team. With a new HR Director at the helm, exciting changes are underway, and this role has opened up due to an internal promotion.

Your new role
As HR Business Partner / HR People Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for all things people management. From employee relations and recruitment to performance and change management, you'll provide both proactive and reactive support. You'll collaborate closely with managers and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. With their new HR strategy in place, you'll also have the opportunity to provide support to projects like new IT systems, rewards reviews, and enhancing strategies such as EDI and Wellbeing.

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone with proven experience in an HR business partnering role and CIPD Level 5 membership. You'll need a solid understanding of employment law and best practices, along with exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. This role requires you to be office-based five days a week, so you'll need to be committed to working on-site.

What you'll get in return
