Hays is working with an organisaiton in the financial services industry who are going through significan growth and recruiting for an HR Advisor to join their team. This is a full time permanent role with genuine career progression opportunity.
Your new role
As an HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing expert advice to managers and staff on all aspects of HR and people management, ensuring HR policies and practices are up-to-date and compliant with current employment legislation and good practice, and supporting managers with employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and development.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous exoereunce in an HR advisory role, ideally within a professional services environment
Hold a CIPD level 5 qualificaiton
Sound knowledge of NI and GB employment law
Excellent stakeholer management and communicaiton skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and highly organised
