Job Description

Great role working for a detail-oriented and HR Administrator or Coordinator to support a crucial filing project and assist with key HR processes within a People Services team. This temporary assignment provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their HR administration experience in a fast-paced, multi-skilled environment.

The role is fully on site at lovely offices in Glasgow and is approx. 30 hours a week Monday to Friday and is a 3 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting a workforce of approximately 4500 employees across various HR processes
  • Support the transfer of approximately 1500 paper files into a digital database.
  • Review right-to-work documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collate up to 3000 additional digital files into a single storage location.
  • Assist with new starter processing, including onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct and process employee references as part of compliance procedures.
  • Provide general HR administration support as needed.

Experience Needed:

  • Prior experience in HR administration.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
