HPC Linux System Engineer

Linux System Engineer (HPC) on a contract basis. The position will be based in Brussels.

Tasks

• Administration of Linux HPC clusters (in the local Datacentre and AWS cloud)
• Monitoring, Continuous improvement of setup, analysis and implementation of users requests

Skills required:

• Good knowledge related to HPC
• Red Hat Linux, Filesystems (Lustre, BeeGFS, Ceph and/or GPFS, Slurm and/or PBS
• Knowledge related to HPC on AWS cloud (TerraForm, OpenStack)
• Basic project management capabilities (Making schedule, cost analysis, project documentation, reporting)
• Language: English (fluent)
