Housing Officer

HOUSING OFFICER - 2/3 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35

One of Loriens leading Public Sector clients is looking to bring on a experienced Housing Officer on an initial 2 - 3 month contract.

Essential

• Chartered Institute of Housing Level 4 or equivalent and recent relevant frontline Housing Management experience
• Shelter Home Point Level 2 qualification
• Extensive working knowledge of housing and associated legislation
• Ability to identity and resolve complex housing issues
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise own workload and work in a pressured environment
• Good knowledge of various IT packages

Desirable

• Extensive knowledge of housing related legislation and good practice
• Ability to work proactively to resolve challenging situation
• CIH membership
