What's involved with this role: The pay rate for this role is £35,235.00 per annum.Housing OfficerReference no: E Devon Pay Rate: £35,235.00 per annum37 Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 This opening assignment is PermanentCity: HONITONBasic DBS disclosure required1 day working from home to do Admin Duties each week. 4 days will be based at the office, however they will need to attend site visits during the week as and when required, candidates will need to have access to their own vehicle and ideally local for this role. Candidates must be flexible, travel expenses paid (Fuel) to visit Tenants.Key requirements:
  • ousing HLevel 3 qualification in
  • Level 3 English & Maths GCSE
  • Basic DBS
  • A valid driving licence and own car
  • Knowledge of the current issues being faced in housing and local government
  • Previous experience of Housing
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities.
  • Competent with ICT packages including Microsoft Office
